“Can't fault the service received-the components were competitively priced when compared to MOQ & prices of the 2 largest electrical/electronic companies on the web & enables me to pass on said savings when building circuits. In particular they have some very good but cheap project boxes which are normally much more expensive or you have to compromise on quality-not so with Rapid. A real credit to the WWW.”

“I have raised my complaint with your Duncan and again Josh. This was my first order with you and I was impressed with the speed of delivery. My problem is that I checked my order 'in the basket' before registering and proceeding to pay, but a quantity ordered for 25 bridge rectifiers, part number 47-3190 suddenly became 50 with a consequent cost increase. I have no idea how this could have happened, but it did. I 'phoned Customer Services immediately, but Duncan said the order had 'gone through' and he was unable to amend it, but said that there would be a means of returns. The goods arrived and I rang Josh, who eventually said it was all sorted. Not a massive sum, I'm still waiting. Ken Sims”

“Rapid are generally very good. The website information is good and if you have any questions they are very helpful over the phone. Delivery times are very quick. In most cases the items will be dispatched the same day, however there are some items which always take a long time to get. I've ordered 1.6 mm shrink tubing from rapid twice and it always takes about 2 weeks to receive it. If a product is discontinued the staff are very helpful and will find you an alternative that works.”

“A quick delivery and goods well packed - arrived in good condition. Had to learn by experience that it is necessary to press the handle of the guillotine towards the body of the guillotine in order to obtain a cut, otherwise it just mangles the paper. Once I grasped this, it provided a very neat cut.”
