“Very good reliable Service overall. However, my last order was not delivered the next working day as usual. I know there are no guarantees about this, but I did send an email to Rapid to double check. Within a few minutes I received a friendly email explaining that my order would be delivered between 1 and 2pm. My order arrived within the time slot as promised. Very impressed by customer support. I also am very pleased about the way the components are expertly packed in high quality plastic envelopes. There is a genuine feel of high quality. I expect to order a lot more from Rapid in the near future so keep up the good work. Kindest Regard - Ralph Little”

“Delivery was very fast although a little expensive. More to the point, a tiny box of pens for school was sent to me in a giant box with lots of tissue to protect it. I mean a seriously big box. And! Despite all this wasteful packaging, the box of pens were still damaged!!!”

“Their website is so much easier to navigate than the other two leading electronic suppliers, which makes it easier to find what I want. Delivery is excellent as is selection of components, and pricing is generally good too. All in all I am very happy dealing with Rapid and shall be moving as much of my purchasing as possible to them Highly recommended.”

“It can sometimes be a problem getting a prompt delivery to the Rep. of Ireland, not so with Rapid- electronics. No sooner was it ordered the goods arrived to one of the most remote places in Europe. Fantastic service.”
