“Products and most services are good. The big let-down is the pdf data sheets that are often so poor as to be illegible; some also contain mistakes. Sometimes I am able to find the equivalent info from the manufacturer - other times I buy from elsewhere. If you want examples contact dhaen@mac.com”

“Prices are really good from here for the same goods you can buy elsewhere. Always quick delivery but this time I chose to collect because I knew I would be passing. I do not live very close & they noticed this & took the trouble to call me to confirm I had not accidentally clicked on the wrong option.”
