“I've always liked Rapid for the range of gear they have available and the quick delivery (even without the expedited delivery option). On the very rare occasion there's been a problem with an order they've sorted it out without any quibbling and they seem to have a good process for checking how mistakes arise, which gives confidence in them. If I had to find a fault, I'd probably say it takes a bit longer to find things on their website than some other suppliers' pages but then the stuff usually arrives faster, so it's worth the little bit of extra time spent.”

“I don't know what to say that would help, how do you improve on perfection ..... seriously, the service is excellent, products are always quality and prices are favourable, sometimes a little higher than competition other times a little lower, that's how commerce works. I think the only problem I can see is something that happened with my last order and this is the only time it's happened, one of my items was in a European store and so I have a 5 to 7 day delay. I can understand that you cannot stock everything but a 5v/6v relay would seem to be a fairly requested item, could this not be on stock in England? Apart from this minor problem, it is only minor as I don't need the relay for a week or two yet, I am completely happy with your service and will continue purchasing my components from you. In the past I have always used Maplin, since the 70's but then their component levels were reduced year after year, now they only carry 29 transistors and 88 logic ic's, poor for hobbyists and small businesses like myself. I do also use RS Components and having a warehouse a couple of miles from my workshop allows me to collect in person but their prices can sometimes be prohibitive so I only use them when you don't carry an item or are out of stock. Basically, Rapid is my main choice for component suppliers and unless something major happens that situation will remain. Thank you for a brilliant service, excellent despatch (and delivery, thanks UK Post), times and good pricing structure, may you continue trading for many years to come.
