“Rapid products are always good value for money and good quality with a good range. Delivery is fast and I have never had a single error with and order. However, I would like to see free delivery on all orders no matter what the value is though, just as some of Rapid's competitors do.”

“Whats the difference between a good supplier and an exceptional one? I think the answer is how they respond when things go wrong, I recently purchased an item which was faulty the problem was resolved quickly by telephone and replacements checked first and quickly dispatched. Excellent service will definitely be using this company again.”
