“Competitive pricing, a lot of stock. The first place I go for components. I did "buy online and collect" for the first time (I was in a hurry) - and that worked a treat too. Though it helps that Rapid is only 16 miles from home. :)”

“Generally good, but last order had to be repeated because I have been waiting for three weeks for the parcel to arrive (still not arrived). Additionally, when I first spoke to your sales dept. about this, I was given a less than satisfactory response. (The impression was that the value of the order was small, and so what did I expect? ) Bob Bows, SciTron.”

“I have had an account at Rapid for over 20 years. They have an extensive range of quality products and components, at reasonable prices. Many of the products that I have manufactured and sold over the years have been built entirely of components sourced from Rapid. In the early days, ordering was by telephone, and I always found their staff friendly and helpful. These days ordering is usually online, but on the odd occasion when I need to telephone, their staff are always helpful. If only more companies were like this......”

“A quite expensive but stable 'third hand' to assist with soldering work. It's still difficult, even with three alligator clips, to get two parts neatly together but very helpful nonetheless. And worth the £45 cost. Better than paying £15 for a lightweight and wobbly alternative.”
