“Ordered a couple of items at 16:00 and got them early the next day, prices were very competitive with other sites that I had seen similar components, only with Rapid what I need was in stock. Registering on the site and ordering was all very painless. Overall found the service and free delivery over £30 excellent... Thanks and well done! Mike”

“Rapid has been good in the past. Problem this time was that an item went "discontinued" after I had ordered and paid for it. It took several emails to get Rapid to acknowledge this and they still have not said that the cost+VAT will be refunded automatically.”

“First order with Rapid arrived in tribs and drabs over about a week. Second order we are still waiting delivery after 6 days. Prices are very competitive but service is very slow its OK if you are not in a hurry. As a business user its not to great. For a reliable guaranteed supply of electronic components you need RS, Farnell or CPC etc but it will cost more. You get what you pay for.”

“Box and packaging was huge for a small camper van key ring - which I suppose was protective but involved the delivery company coming twice to deliver. The kit does not contain instructions or a key ring to mount it on so I considered it to be poor value for money as it was quite expensive at best part of £10!”

“As per usual. I have been using Rapid for a number of years and its always an easy transaction. One part was out of stock so on back order but arrived the next day . 2 weeks previous to this I ordered from a well known auction site some "vintage" Transistors for an old Yamaha amp and I am still waiting , Just a shame Rapid don't do it all. Great service an very prompt thank you Rapid.”
