“Overall the experience was good, was unable to find the part i was looking for anywhere else. Description of the item was full which makes finding the right part alot easier, my only criticism would be the cost of postage, a bit much for such a small item but thanks anyhow.”

“Liked the website - easy to find what you want. Search function works well, and easy to find other products related to the ones you thought you wanted, as well as related items. Bought a few items which came quickly in two separate drops. Also felt the pricing was very reasonable compared to competitors. Overall very pleased for a first purchase.”

“My orders always arrived within a week minimum 3 days. Well protected, nothing missing or damaged in transit. Items that I ordered has saved me time and cut down on my workload with regards to troubleshooting electronics circuits.”

“I received my order a few days after ordering. One item was missing and one item that I did not order was included. I phoned Customer Services on the same day and they assured me that the problem would be sorted out. One week later nothing had arrived. I then emailed Customer Services repeating my problem. It is now two weeks since my order. No contact from Customer Services and no missing item plus I still have the incorrect item ready for collection. Very disappointed. I am a Rotary Club past President and this company was recommended by our Rotary District to supply items to many Rotary Clubs for our annual Youth Technology Tournaments. I could not recommend this Company to my Rotary colleagues.”
