“I've used Rapid for years because they offer competative prices and the delivery is always.......Rapid. I have to say that this time I was really let down by their choice of UK Mail as courrier. They took ages to deliver and their tracking system lied to me. One day they told me the parcel was out for delivery, I then booked a redelivery for a day that I'd be in waited around, looked at the tracking to see where my parcel was and the penultimate status was "redelivery arranged by recipient" and the current status was "package being returned to sender!" Useless!”
