“Great speedy service but at a cost. Package was in good condition and items were perfect. Would recommend them but make sure you to check delivery costs before making a decision.”

“I used to buy my electronic parts from JPR, RS Components and Farnells of Leeds but I find your parts are marginally cheaper and the service I have been getting from you for years and years is second to none. I also love the way I can save an order and revise it as and when I need to. It saves cluttering up my desk with lists of items I may need in the future.”

“Despatched day after order, then 4 days from UK to Aus. My $1000 Logitech Transporter gave up the ghost, the very day the 5v PSU was received. Back working again, thanks Rapid Electronics”

“I recently ordered some items, which it turned out I had ordered the wrong ones, I informed Rapid by phone and their rep in sales gave me the information I needed to return them. I reordered, (this time the correct items) and they sent me the numbers I needed to send them back for a refund.Within less than 5 days I had received the correct items, (after reordering) the paperwork I required for the returns I received on the day I phoned them.”

“Ordered about 16:00 day 1. Delivery 10:00 day 2! Everything in stock. All delivered correctly in good packaging. All labeled with part numbers and description. I cannot think of anything more that could have been done to please me.”
