“YOU NEED TO SIMPLIFY THE "ONLINE CATALOG " AT THE MOMENT,WHILE BROWSING FOR COMPONENTS, SOME ITEM CATEGORIES ESPECIALLY IN COMPONENTS HAVE TOO MANY UNNECESSARY SUB LINKS . FOR EXAMPLE SAY I AM LOOKING FOR A SLIDE SWITCH. I SELECT ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS-OK. THEN SWITCHES, OK , THEN YOU GET THE SUB CATEGORIES AS ONE WOULD EXPECT. SO THEN CLICK ON 'SLIDE SWITCHES, AGAIN AS ONE WOULD EXPECT. YOU WOULD THEN GET A FURTHER SELECTION IE,STANDARD, SUB MINIATUE, MICRO, PCB MOUNT OR SIDE ACTION ECT. AGAIN THAT IS FINE BUT, THERE ARE SOME OF THESE SUB-SUB CATEGORIES OF WHICH THERE MAY ONLY BE ONE ITEM OFFERED , BUT CLICKING ON THAT LINK THEN OPENS A FURTHER PAGE THEN ANOTHER WHICH THEN ONLY SHOWS ONE PRODUCT AVAILABLE. I AM SURE THIS COULD BE IMPROVED TO REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF PAGES WHO HAVE TO OPEN TO GET TO A SINGLE PRODUCT UNDER THAT CATEGORY. HOPE THIS HELPS !.”

“Excellent service!! The items I bought were cheaper than anywhere else (and I do a thorough search as money is tight). They were good quality, delivered so quickly and were well packed - really couldn't ask for more. I will definitely use them again and have already given their details to friends who are very interested. I had not heard of them before so I'm grateful they came through on my search.”

“Generally swift and accurate delivery of orders. Would have rated 5 stars if Rapid offered free delivery for orders above £20 (in line with competitors) as I often make relatively small orders of components for prototyping.”

“I was searching for ages looking for a specific capacitor, some companies had stocks of over 48,000 different types, I had only been on Rapid site for a few minutes when a chat window popped up, I clicked the link and seconds later someone came on and asked me how they could help. I explained what I was looking for and they immediately found what I was looking for. absolute time saver! i 'LL MOST DEFINITELY be coming back to purchase more.”

“Please check on the 'DELIVERY ADDRESS' stated on our orders, as they are sometimes being sent out to the wrong address as we have 2 different sites !!!!!!”
