“I only occasionally need electronic components in my work as a clock restorer but, when I do, I always turn to Rapid. The stock is vast, the products very good quality, there is no minimum order and delivery is usually by return of post. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive.”

“It was quite easy to find the part I needed (capacitor for pool pump motor) and at about half the price the pool company was asking. It was delivered well packed and quickly and I was able to fit it in next to no time. Job done.”

“I have used Rapid now for several years as a hobbyist, I also belong to a club and purchase items in bulk for kits for the other members. Rapid hold a great range of products that normally meet my needs, there are a few and only a few items that I have to purchase elsewhere. Prices are very competitive meaning that I am happy to use their services. Rapid do apply a Post and Packaging charge for small quantities but when I need something urgently I personally find this charge not too excessive. Items on back order can sometimes have a long lead time, however when this happens I ring up and am normally given the date the items are due in (this date has proved to be virtually correct in most cases) allowing me to make decisions, depending upon how urgently I require the goods. I shall continue to use Rapid whilst they keep up this standard.”
