“Always a very fast and professional company, with knowledgeable and polite staff. Rapid seems to maintain good stock levels, always with plenty of new additions. Occasionally the only let down is when couriers have problems, but not the fault of Rapid.”

“Over all I have always found Rapid Electronics very good in many ways. Customer service is very good with the chat support very helpful. Delivery time from order is also good. Only thing that often puts me off ordering is the low end delivery charge. For a small amount customer like myself. I often find myself waiting until I have an order worth the carriage charge. Which has mean me ordering elsewhere.”

“Ordered on 22nd arrived 23rd, the exact replacement i needed. No waiting at wholesalers to be told NOT IN STOCK but we'll order one for you, then after the driver does his ROUND ROBIN it finally arrives a day later,phew!!. Will definateley use you again and will tell my friends. Once again thank you.”
