“My previous order was delivered very promptly but my most recent one appears to be caught up in the Bank holiday traffic. Also, when an item is discontinued this does not become apparent until checkout. Perhaps an earlier warning together with a redirect option to the replacement part could be organised. Overall a very easy site to navigate and a good experience.”

“Rapid was recommended to me by a friend and I'd recommend them to anyone. Setting-up an account was straightforward, I believe their prices to be fair and my orders arrived in good time and in good condition. “Speed of service was very good, parts arriving as so as possible with regard to time order was submitted. Price of the KT88 thermionic valves I ordered was very competitive, especially as the price included free shipping. I ordered 4 KT88's and the stock level showed there were 4 in stock at the time I ordered, however only 3 arrived and the invoice stated that I would be refunded for the shortfall, which I was promptly by Rapid. Only negative is that I wanted 4 KT88's for my Stereo push-pull amplifier, so am 1 short and that line is now discontinued! I will obtain another elsewhere, but a pity stock level was incorrect! Overall very good price / sevice / product.”

“I've dealt with Rapid online electronics for a few years now and they always provide a good service and products which are both affordable and good at what they're intended to be used for. I had a few problems getting two of these Solenoids but wasn't desperate for them so coming in two deliveries was fine. One then turned out to be faulty but the Customer Service Team dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and a replacement followed soon after. While we all hope that product is perfect each and every time, when it isn't then at least Rapid put it right quickly and free of charge.”

“The move to hold a fuller range of KNIPEX products is excellent, and is unique in the market I think. KNIPEX make very good products and I wish RAPID would hold a bigger stock for a more 'RAPID' delivery...! Other makes I rate highly are WIHA, WERA, BAHCO... increasing the RANGE stocked in these quality brands will surely result in increased sales. I think some of us engineers buy new products, not because our existing tools are worn out, but to make our job easier, faster or simply more interesting!! Buying and using new tools makes the job more fun and enthusing, in what could otherwise be a mundane task. I doubt I'm alone in this...!”

“I've been a Rapid customer for several years and have never had any cause to complain. Just once there was a problem which was resolved immediately and amicably. Delivery is always as quick as their name implies and their stock is good value. A very satisfied customer. JB”
