“I have been an account holder for probably more than twenty years and during that time, I cannot recall any significant problem in my dealings with Rapid Electronics. I have always found it very easy to deal with the company and on the rare occasion when perhaps an item proved to be less than expected, Rapid has operated a no-quibble approach that results in a speedy resolution of the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rapid to anyone requiring access to the goods that you supply. My only criticism lies with the website search engine that is in need of improvement to bring it on a par with similar websites. Specifically, the current SE appears to detect EVERYTHING that contains the keyword, without the application of any discrimination whatsoever. This can result in lengthy scrolling to find the desired item. Otherwise, I am extremely happy and wish to extend my thanks to all for a job well done!”

“I have dealt with Rapid for some time and service is exactly that. Next day delivery is normal in Cheltenham. I also like that when an Item is out of stock it is soon dispatched as soon as it becomes available with no fuss or bother. Ten out of ten. Dave Allen.”

“Delivery service is good but the web site is rubbish. finding things is VERY difficult, you need a proper search feature like Farnel and RS has. Grouping the items into 3 random sections and forcing you to default to one of them makes this even worse. As a result of this I rarely use Rapid unless I cant find parts anywhere else”
