“Excellent service providing a part for a design over 40 years old (which is still sold new today). I was told by text of delivery time with a 1 hour window and it was within that.”

“Response was extremely fast, delivery the same. Goods were exactly what I was looking for, it arrived well packaged at the price I wanted to pay with free delivery, you can't ask more than that. Would recommend to anyone.”

“As a non electronics person I occasionally find describing my search an issue but there is always help available. However, working from a parts list is a doddle and service and delivery is second to none.”

“My small purchase was handled quickly and very well. However, the image provided of the product (an eye bolt) was not the same as the one I received. I wanted the round eye bolt, but I received the square, flattened model. I needed these eye bolts immediately, and I didn't have time to send them back for the right ones. I'm sure that an exchange would have been made with no trouble, but I didn't try. Still, it would behove them to place the right images with their products.”

“Goods were ordered late afternoon and were delivered 3.00pm the following day. You can't get better than that! Very shortly after placing the order I received an email confirming the order and telling me it had been dispatched. A courier tracking number was provided with delivery to the minute. Excellent service from a company I will use again.”
