“A wide range of quality products and its easy to view 'in stock' items. Technical details or diagrams also normally available if further information is required, or if even further information is required they have a very helpful 'chat' link who will do the research for you or maybe find you an alternative part that could be better suited. Easy and quick to use website from product search to placing the order, you are able to view past orders and print off invoices if you need a copy. Goods are normally delivered next day too.”

“Well, 'Rapid Electronics' stopped being 'rapid' since their takeover by Conrad Electronics of Germany. The number of "backordered" items has grown significantly and there have been numerous packing mistakes with large orders where I work. However, all problems are always sorted out by their amazing and superb staff on the telephone lines, second to none, brilliant! I just wish that less stock was held "in our European warehouse!! I'll remain a loyal customer as will my department at work. Cheers folks! Andy.”

“Ok company, good site, good comms. Delivery is fantastically bad though. I have discussed this with them and it is the reason I have to use other suppliers. My orders weren't big enough for them to worry. Will use them if I can afford to wait a while and if the goods aren't fragile. It IS their fault, as they choose the "courier"*. Such is life. *term used very loosely for the delivery channels they use.”
