“I find the website easy to use with items clearly marked, data available and stock levels shown I have never found an error in my orders and the account has always been correct. My orders have often been delivered within 24 hours never more than 48 hours Thank you for the service you provide”

“Overall I got an OK service with a very good deal on the item I wanted but I was a little frustrated with the postage calculation. This is calculated on the Gross cost (i.e. pre VAT) so I had to trawl around for something cheap to make the cost up to get free postage. I found that annoying. The delivery for what I wanted was quoted as 5-7 days and in fact took 8 with the extra item I hadn't really wanted arriving the next day. I had hoped for a quicker delivery but I guess I have been spoilt in the past. Overall I'm happy as I got the item much cheaper than other online retailers (despite the muck around with postage) and it came very well packaged. I'd use again, but maybe not as a first choice.”

“Prompt next-day delivery (even though I chose 'standard delivery'). Everything in the order was there, it was all well packed. Rapid is an excellent firm to deal with and much better than the two other 'major' UK electronics suppliers in my experience. I have dealt with them for years and have never been disappointed. They know the meaning of the word 'service'. I can't recommend Rapid highly enough. They've saved my bacon on a couple of occasions when I've needed an obscure part in a hurry. Good range of stock at a reasonable price (but not the cheapest). Nice, easy to use website (unlike Farnell's which is a nightmare to navigate and find what you want).”

“The item I purchased was exactly as described on the website, it arrived promptly and works as it should, the instructions are a very poor translation to English from Chinese and could be described as gobble de gook in some instances.”

“Sometimes the web site is confusing unless you know exactly the part number/stock number or the Rapid name for what you are looking for. Delivery costs are too high - if ebay say free post why not rapid after all it is tax deductible. All items offered are good quality and often cheaper than the manufacturers.”
