“Made a small internet order around 6.30pm. The goods arrived 180 miles away at 10.30am the next day with an accurate estimated delivery time provided. I'd call that extremely good service.”

“So-called first class postage £4.79 to ship ten 8-pin DIPs costing £11.64. Ordered on Thursday, arrived on Tuesday. Farnell, RS and CPC charge far less postage and deliver within 2 days at the most, probably because they have the commonsense to send such a small packet by ordinary post instead of putting it in a disproportionately huge bag and sending it by an exceptionally slow (cheap?) courier. Next time I'll buy elsewhere.”

“This is not the first time i have used Rapid Electronics to provide materials and equipment. As with my previous experience i found the service to be excellent, the good were delivered in a time fashion and at reasonable cost. The quality of the goods provided lived up to expectation. I would recommend Rapid Electronics for quality of service, goods and delivery, i shall certainly be using them in the future.”

“I've used Rapid since the early 1980s and have always had excellent service, which is still maintained today. Problems have been very rare and have always been solved to my satisfaction. They certainly live up to their name when it comes to despatching the goods and they're the best in their field for value. Very occasionally they're let down by carriers who take less care than they should with items such as lengths of p.v.c. trunking, which are difficult to give total protection.”
