“I order 'on line' and this is very good EXCEPT my shopping basket is emptied each time I require anothe item. I did log this 'fault' and had a very helpful reply. The advice needs to be on the order page. otherwise I would have graded the feedback as very Good.”

“Generally very good. Well chosen range of products without the confusing choices offered by RS (sorry to swear). Very helpful on ordering and with account queries. Search engine on the site is not as good as it could be. Otherwise I expect they're kind to animals and love children as well!”

“Despite the proud boast of 'same day dispatch' and the excessive over-the-top delivery charge for a tiny parcel, it still took five days to arrive. not very impressive, especially as you're only 70 miles away!”

“I always buy art supplies from rapid electronics as its much cheaper than art supplies shop (acrylic, adhesive and etc)cheaper than cass Art and Jackson's Art. Hope rapid will advertise on art schools as not too many people know about it. And they are free delivery when you buy certain price. And always well packed.”

“Ordered 2 button batteries. Size of a fifty pence piece. Arrived in a parcel the size of a loaf of bread. Waste of resources. Emailed my feedback. No reply. Therefore won't use again.”

“I rang to place an order. Your salesperson confirmed you had them in stock and the order was dealt with swiftly. The order arrived in the time stated so overall I am very satisfied. I had previously ordered my goods from another supplier who, having taken my money, told me a few days later they no longer stocked them and refunded my money.”
