“Unbelievably good prices and delivery . I ordered something late Friday night and it arrived first thing Saturday morning . I honestly thought I was dreaming . The product I purchased was double the price and more on other websites . Great site”

“I always buy art supplies from rapid electronics as its much cheaper than art supplies shop (acrylic, adhesive and etc)cheaper than cass Art and Jackson's Art. Hope rapid will advertise on art schools as not too many people know about it. And they are free delivery when you buy certain price. And always well packed.”

“Ordered 2 button batteries. Size of a fifty pence piece. Arrived in a parcel the size of a loaf of bread. Waste of resources. Emailed my feedback. No reply. Therefore won't use again.”

“I rang to place an order. Your salesperson confirmed you had them in stock and the order was dealt with swiftly. The order arrived in the time stated so overall I am very satisfied. I had previously ordered my goods from another supplier who, having taken my money, told me a few days later they no longer stocked them and refunded my money.”

“I do not know much about quadcopters but have found this one great fun and with the settings available on this model, I was able to fly it around my living room in only a few tries - something i was not able to do on other models I have tried. only issue is that the battery does not last long and so may look at buying a new one with a longer use time (MAH). If you are a begginner like I am, this is a good buy.”

“Usually a good experience , but one complaint - my last order for two of your items code 70-4038, came up with "one item dispatched" (which I have received ok), and "one on back order" which I am waiting for, and have had no indication of how long the wait will be even though I have been charged for it. This is perhaps something you may wish to improve on for your customer satisfaction.”
