“Excellent products delivered quickly but I'm disappointed with a carriage charge of about £9 on a relatively small order (but if did contain a 1.1kg package) - a Royal Mail delivery would be better for us in Orkney (KW17). I find that it is always easy to contact and speak to someone on the 'phone, and that can't be said for many companies nowadays. Overall, I'm very happy with the products and service offered by Rapid and will continue to use them in preference to anyone else.”

“This was my first order with this company and I am 100% satisfied and happy. Everything was in stock, the web site was easy to negotiate and order from, and the goods arrived within one working day , safely and securely packaged. I really do not have any criticisms at all, only praise. Each electronic item I ordered (and there were a lot!) was individually secured in it's own self seal plastic bag, clearly labelled on the outside describing what the contents were. Postage was free due to the order value, but even for small orders the cost is very competitive. I shall without any doubt whatsoever be ordering again, very soon. Once I find a good thing, I stay with it. These days this type of value for money and good service is extremely rare indeed.”

“Service has been slipping lately as have stock levels, not good for business. (Missing items). Happily as always the staff on the other end of the phone are always perfect and almost immediately resolve any problems. Delivery in the main is almost always "Rapid" as it should be but waiting times of weeks and months for some bits is simply unacceptable. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for me as well as when at work!”

“I placed my order around 3 p.m. It arrived the next morning in perfect condition. The packaging was substantial, but it was all paper and card and so it could all be recycled. I was very impressed with this company.”
