“Generally good value products and good service - sadly often let down by the fact that stock quantities seem to be maintained at a fairly low level, so shipment of my orders frequently resulting in a back-order delay! Not sure if that's due to not holding adequate quantities of stock in the first place for the particular items I tend to order, or if by unusual coincidence there's been a sudden "run" on that item -strange how this seems to happen almost every time I place an order however!?”

“halo Rapid team, the service has increased very much on the last years, on faster process and shippings. The prices you offer are very good compared to some parts on other online services. The only handicap we still found its the excessive price on shippings outside UK -we have paid up to ~ 40€ on some orders- compared to the free shipping of mouser (?65€), farnel, the 24h UPS shipping of TME (7,90€) or 4,90 of Reichelt. thank you very much for your service. /v”

“I ordered quite a lot of stuff at once and found the Web site easy to use, going to my account and reordering items was also quick and easy, items are very well priced and free shipping was very quick and my bulky items arrived well packed too. Rapid have a lot of items for sale and it's well worth spending a bit of time looking and searching around the Web site.”

“I have found the service from Rapid to be outstandingly good and I would highly recommend them as a supplier. I have had a couple of minor issues where I needed to communicate with their sales team. In all cases the sales team responded extremely quickly and were very positive, the issues being resolved to my total satisfaction. I will source products from Rapid again without hesitation.”

“web site can be a bit confusing to a layman like me, however it's not beyond the average person without an electronics degree. Just cut down most of the technical jargon, and think in plain English Other then that the service is excellent.”

“Superb Service and Exceptional Price. The price I paid for four identical relays (HF7FD0121ZSTF 12VDC 12A SPDT Miniature Cube Power Relay. The 1Z bit in the number is IMPORTANT) including the delivery was less than I expected to pay for one of them, so I was well impressed. I needed a second set of four, but waited to see if the first lot were in fact ok. I couldn't have been more pleased. They were to repair a Tempur motorised bed motor which, now repaired, works like a dream again. My second order of the same components for the other bed was placed yesterday afternoon and they arrived at lunchtime today. This kind of service is very rare indeed. It's amazing how many people are asking on forums for relays to repair these motors, but no-one seems to know anything. Hopefully they'll find this review and shop with Rapid Electronics. I made the costly mistake of buying a new motor (£360) before I found this website, so now I have a spare motor. Thank you very much indeed, Rapid Electronics. BRS”
