“My order arrived the day after I placed it so as fas a I am concerned the service was 1st Class. The item is a present for my son so it will not be opened until Christmas day so I cannot comment on the product but the sales process is excellent.”

“Being a small bussiness we are all ways balancing mony in and money out, most of our customers want 60 days from the end of the month where as most of our suppliers want 30 days, this makes us look for suppliers that give us better payment terms and support small bussiness, we see Rapid as one of our suppliers that require payment in 30 days and thus do not all ways get our bussines.”

“Rapid is one of the places I go to first when ordering electronic components. The other places I use are Farnell & CPC (same company different websites!) and sometimes RS Components. Rapid stock is always competitively priced. Service and delivery are excellent. The only thing that lets them down is the website search facility. e.g. It's difficult to find say an LED with a specific current draw etc. It could be vastly improved by adding some sort of parametric search like RS and Farnell have. Other than that no complaints whatsoever.”
