“We have used Rapid staples for some time now and find they are the best in our heavy duty staplers. We occasionally buy other items from Rapid and know that they will be of a good quality.”

“The items I ordered on a Monday morning arrived on the Tuesday Morning. There is a good range of products, a simple ordering process and fast reliable delivery. Also I haven't been bombarded with daily Internet offers. Just what you want from an internet based supplier.”

“The goods and service from Rapid have always been excellent, but I have to say that they are now using UKMail for delivery things can only get worse. UKMail would have to be my very last choice as a courier, they send text messages to say that they will be with you at a certain time and up to date it's never arrived on the same day.”

“"Rapid" by name - extremely rapid in practice! Always impressed by their no-fuss, no-frills service. Products invariably high quality, and packaging always appropriate to contents, with any enclosed literature kept to a minimum, and likely to be of interest to the customer. That this company has been in operation for many years is no accident - they have always stocked a wide range of day-to-day functional products, but even a brief glimpse through their current catalogue is clear, and exciting, evidence that they have not been afraid to embrace the types of new technology that will tickle the fancy of customers of all ages!”

“I purchased two Bowsaw blades via on-line and found the whole experience very good. Ordering was easy, confirmation of order and delivery time e.mailed to me immediately. Products arrived within time scale and products were as advertised. All in all a very good shopping experience and I would have no hesitation in using Rapid in the future.”

“Had a bit of an issue where orders were reported as failed, but were actually still going through! Contacted Rapid and they got the issue resolved for me. Put a large order through, eta was within a week. Arrived next day! Fast service, and even when things went awry, they helped sort it out. Would highly recommend.”
