“I ordered and paid for an item over 2 weeks ago and having not received the item or any communication I chased it today to find that it was out of stock and would not be back in stock for another 3 weeks. Before ordering check they actually have the product!”

“I recently purchased a number of watercolour paints from Rapid Electronics and must say that both delivery and customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. I placed my order at 17.05 on 18th May and before lunch time the following day had received my paints. I was just amazed, I expected I would have to wait at least a couple of days. I rang customer services regarding 1 item out of stock and the young lady could not have been more helpful, she explained exactly what would happen regarding my back order, nothing is too much trouble, and the paints I received are top quality, well known art brands at a very good price, I will most certainly be buying my watercolours again from Rapid. Anybody looking for a great delivery service and excellent customer service, with quality goods should seriously consider Rapid Electronics. Many thanks to all at Rapid from a very satisfied customer. Mike”
