“While I have rated Rapid highly I cannot say the same for your courier UKMAIL who have been abysmal with their often conflicting estimated delivery times via email and text, coupled with poor excuses for none delivery such as 'could not find address'.”

“Delivery is excellent - makes you wonder why more companies can't do the same!! Had cause to query an item, only to discover Rapid were correct and I was in error! I was under great pressure due to an almost immediate time schedule for lengthy overseas travel. I was dealt with great courtesy and politeness for which I was extremely grateful. Thank you”
