Hi Lynne. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with regards to the delivery of your order. Having looked into this matter, it appears that due to a high influx of consignments, UK Mail have been unable to deliver orders in their usual timely manner. “Even though the items I ask for were correct and what I needed, sent with the hack saw and wire cutters was a BAHCO tool box, the bar code number being 7314150140800. If you sent this as a gift for a first time user of your site or if it was sent by mistake you need to tell me, if you want it returned E-mail that info. aswell. I have E-mailled your customer services on this matter but to date I haven't received a reply. Cust. Account 3198583, order number 1238357.”

“I used this company a lot for leds and other bits and pieces they missed part of my order (only a pack of leds) so i rang customer services and was told they would send out another pack never turned up”

“Good stock. Great prices. First class delivery service. My only gripe is the cost of P&P which Rapid cannot do anything about. Their prices are so low that items costing less than £1 have a delivery charge of £3.99 Regrettably it is the same for all on-line retailers so I cannot reduce their rating.”

“Great company to to deal with fast delivery .Tracking number provided to make sure you know when your good will arrive .Informative website so browsing is a delight .They have lot of goods and everything for the professional electronics engineer or the hobbyist.I can't fault them at all .Totally professional service you could not ask for anything better.”
