“On-line shopping experience was good. Surprised to receive double number of item ordered in 2 separate packages, one in a box and one in a bubble wrap envelope, very quickly on the same day. Going on line to check order saw 1 x of socket ordered on two separate lines but cost only added up to one unit. Call to customer service desk was told to accept one of the FOC with their compliments and they would check out the problem. Thanks for the free one.”

“Overall very good. I've used Rapid in the past, by phone many years ago. I'd personally like a better range of modules for prototyping/hobbyist boards, e.g. Adafruit and the like. I did find the 'from' prices on some ranges confusing. When the range is just an item and the refill for it, the from price shows the refill price, and makes it hard to compare. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text from UK Post the morning after ordering, giving me a one hour delivery slot. It would have been good to know they were doing the delivery up front, as when I checked the delivery info on the website it just said first class post, which affected my planning somewhat.”
