“product arrived to east coast US in 2 days' time (just before Christmas no less)!!! outer box was a bit banged up but product was well protected and arrived in perfect condition. very happy with the service!”

“I know 5 star reviews are a bit unimaginative but Rapid are well priced and they deliver incredibly fast. I've been working on a guitar amplifier and I wish I had found rapid earlier.”

“Faulty Item which was collected quickly by their Courier, which Rapid arranged. Jo, of Rapid's Customer Services, could not have been more helpful. Refund given promptly. Have used Rapid since and find their service quick and easy to use. Very pleased to deal with them.”

“Rapid do indeed provide a Rapid service. It is very useful to find that their wide range of products includes items not generally associated with other distributors. In future I will be looking on the Rapid web site first.”

“Excellent speedy service. I didn't choose the next day delivery, as I wasn't too bothered about delivery times - but it ended up on my doorstep the next day. I am very pleased with their service, and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. They have a wide selection of components at very competitive prices - I hardly shop anywhere else for my electronics bits and bobs. Very pleased indeed!”
