“I'm very happy that our delivery was delivered the same week as we ordered. Only issue was that the delivery man only 'dropped it off' and left it as it was. We then had to unload it and deal with the wooden pallet etc. Many thanks, Marketa”

“I have found Rapid to be very good over the last five years or so that I have used them, they are quick and accurate and have a wide range of products at some very good prices for education (we are Stanmore College). The staff on the phone and online are very helpful and courteous, any network problems/password problems have been responded to promptly. Overall I would say Rapid and their staff are great.”

“I have just started to take an online beginner course in electronics, so please excuse me for any bad use of words or phrases. I took two evenings looking for the components I needed for the complete course. The Rapidonline.com site was easy to use and I found all the components I needed. I found Rapidonline.com was the cheapest for almost all of the components required and seemed to carry the largest and most variety of stock. I found the ordering and payment system very easy with no unexpected charges when completing the order. I ordered quite a few components and received good communication and documentation via e-mail regarding my order. My items arrived very quickly and all arrived very well packaged with a well documented invoice/delivery note. I will definitely use this site again. I can not comment on the quality of the components as I have not yet started to use them and have no previous knowledge of these components to compare to, though they all seem well made. I will however edit this review if I have any problem with the components. So if all is good there will be no more comment bellow. Sincerely Jim”

“I would have kept quite but as you have asked for feedback I shall give some. I'm not impressed by the delivery of the order. Some of the parts were described as in stock and ready for dispatch on the Tuesday. When I inquired I was told these parts had been dispatched on the Thursday and when the parcel arrived on the following Monday it had a Friday postmark. And all this even though I had paid for next day delivery. I need to re-align my expectations from Rapid Electronics.”

“i wanted a Picaxe kit for some ongoing experiments and found it on Rapid Electronics at a pretty cool price. First time order; website ordering was a cinch, payment also, and I think it arrived the next day. You can't say fairer that that. Good extensive range of products, and I'll definitely be back again.”

“I needed to order a replacement PSU for a electric hand drill, I found it on RAPID electronics website and ordered the PSU for next day delivery. the process was really easy to follow and I had it ordered in less than 10 minutes after setting up an account. The PSU arrived next day extremely well packaged and exactly as described. I would definitely use RAPID again.”
