“The items were posted promptly and were suitably packed. Of the items ordered the stepped pulley wheel was a slight disappointment as it rubbed on the inside if its cage. However, this was not a problem as I did not need the cage and was only interested in the wheel, but it may have been irritating for someone who wanted to use it 'as issued'. I used to order qiuite a bit from Rapid in my past employment at a school and have always been satisfied with their service.”

“Ordered a some very basic 'commodity' items, 1/4W resistors, ceramic capacitors, etc., only about £30 worth, and less than 40 line items. Many of the items were out of stock (which you are informed of at the time of ordering) and placed on back-order. The order was finally received in 6 or 7 deliveries over a 27 day period. Pretty poor for low cost stock-in-trade commodity items. With the time, postage and packaging they’ve made a definite loss on this order. The final item, two titchy ceramic capacitors costing 6p (for the two!) were sent in an A4 sized padded envelope with a 76p postage frank!”

“Needed some M3 threaded bar. Rapid was one of the few places I could find this online (or otherwise). The price was excellent, with next day delivery. BTW, the packing was absolutely brilliant! It was like playing pass the parcel.... good job people!”
