“A ridiculously large cardboard. Box for two very small button batteries that could have been out in an envelope at a fraction of the cost for P&P The batteries cost 40p each but the P&P cost £2.99 - ridiculous Very disappointed”

Hi Gary, Our Customer Services department have been in contact with you via email regarding this review. Unfortunately batteries are legally not allowed to be sent by post due to them being classes as a hazardous product and can be flammable, therefore we have to send them by courier and package them in a cardboard box to ensure there is no damage in transit for health and safety. “tried the online chat twice to get advise, couldn't get on it. Sent two emails, no reply, I resorted to phoning a few times, finally got to speak to someone in technical, he was fantastic, spent a while suggesting what I needed. Pity he seems to be the only one in that dept as he clearly needs help!”
