“The order came quickly but I am putting a lower score because the packaging was ridiculous. My order was for clay which when ordered from a different company comes in a plastic bag - fine because it it is totally unbreakable! This order came in four cardboard boxes packed with so much paper that it completely filled my recycling bin! I'm afraid that this would stop me using your company again. Sorry.”

“Rapid are generally reasonably priced and often beat prices from other distributors. Deliveries are normally very quick though I would like the £30 not including VAT free delivery level to be lower or non-existent.”

“screwed up the order, I ordered 10 off NE5532, you sent me 2, I ordered 2 off LM1458 you sent me 10. large box used, could have easily gone in a jiffy bag and thro the letter box.”

“Excellent delivery time. My only complaint was the postage and packing which was out of proportion and exceeded the cost of the item itself. Item priced £2.64, P&P priced £3.99 meaning I had to remit a total of £7.96 once VAT was added in. To add insult to injury the postage was marked up on the packaging as only £0.79. Altogether a rather expensive way to purchase a soldering iron bit but Rapid seemed to be the only supplier. However, as I said, very efficient service and I would consider using them again but only if I couldn't source the goods elsewhere cheaper.”
