“I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and it was sitting on my work bend by Monday afternoon 2.30pm, the service can not be beaten, I was able to track my order on line and I new that it was out for delivery that day. what a joy don't have to stay in wondering if it will be delivered today ? . as for products well is there any thing you don't do. ive used rapid for a while now and not had a bad thing to say. please keep on doing what you do, top quality products at the best prices.”

“Brilliant service. Very happy indeed. Rapid Electronics have certainly woken up to the E-Market place and listened. In the past the service was slow, crabby and expensive with moderate quality goods. Now the service seems to have had a magic wand waved over it. Excellent quality goods, very fast post, well packed and the customer service when needed is polite and friendly with no hint of "hurry up" about it. It served me well and seemed the staff were very highly trained in electronics and there were able to understand my needs and deal with my inquiry in a very efficient manor. Some electronics companies have staff with computer skills only and able to search just as you probably did when exploring the website, Not so with Rapid as the staff understand your problem and find the item you need with the minimum of fuss as it seems not only know the website in its entirety but have the electronics know-how to get you to the right part too. Its a blessing....will use more often from now on. Thumbs up from me, 5 out of 5. de Spence in Essex”

“RapidOnline is set in the dark ages so far as online security goes. For anyone with a real job (unable to receive parcels at home), they have a stupid 'order something which will fit through your letterbox, then 30 days later, spend as much as you want' policy. This lost them a £120 order - and was annoying because I ended up buying a different product from Maplin (who are happy delivering a personal order to a business address). Then they have the stupidity to add me to their mailing list uninvited. Much, much worse, a week later I receive an anonymous (Dear customer) email with 'please find attached your invoice' and a pdf attachment. This is (a) indistinguishable from a phishing attack, and (b) extremely bad form in educating your customers. So, you treat me like a criminal, send me spam, and finally show you don't have any respect for my online security.”
