“i needed the component's for next day delivery ,it was a Friday evening and they arrived on Wednesday morning and it cost me nearly £8 delivery charge. Very poor service and the hassle I got from work over this was terrible”

Hi Danny We are sorry to hear that the order that you placed was not delivered on the next workday as paid for. “Excellent personal service, they will source you unusual parts and if anything's not quite right they will instantly replace. Sometimes odd values are missing from the passive ranges which I have to get from the much more expensive Farnell. They give me end column prices even though my total spend is quite low being a small company. I always give Rapid part numbers in my Audio Out column in EPE magazine knowing they will always be available.”
