“I made a late evening decision to purchase, but the PSU was delivered next day. Superb standalone power supply, with an intelligent cooling fan and very stable power supply. Overall an excellent product with superb delivery speed.”

“For me, Rapid provide all the services which I require from a supplier. A wide range of products are usually available from stock, and online ordering is a very simple process. I have always found the sales support team to be polite and helpful and they always manage to satisfy my needs. 11 out of 10 for Rapid.....keep it up!”

“Website gave me all the product information I required to make a decision on which item fitted my needs. It was straightforward to place the order, and delivery was within a couple of days. The external packaging was a bit crumpled around the edges, but item was well packed inside and is already working well.”

“Very quick service - normaly arrives the next day I do however have 1 gripe - recently i was made aware of a 10% discount for Oct - but when i tried to take advantage of it - it was declined - the reason i was given is that - AS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER - IT DIDN'T APPLY - IT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE TO 'CUSTOMERS' WHO HADN'T RECENTLY BOUGHT...!!!! So Rapid give discounts to 'poor' customers - but don't reward the 'good' customers......????? not the best way to encourage continued usage.... Customer Service take note...”

“Excellent for range of products and speed of despatch. I wanted a part urgently and that is what I got. However, could the tiny components have been popped into a small envelope and come much more cheaply by normal mail?”

“I use many of the leading electronics suppliers in the UK (including Amazon sometimes) to buy my parts. Rapid is often the fastest to deliver and doesn't mess me around saying they have stock when they don't!. I also find the search narrowing (buy selecting included criteria) the best format for finding what I want quickly and comparing different components.”
