“e-q 3 Max Wall Thermostat and radiator thermostat arrived quickly and beautifully packed. Even without the Cube, setting up was complicated and tricky and enclosed instructions inadequate. I knew that more detailed instructions were available on line but try as I might I could get nothing but German instructions. A request for the two links on Rapid's web site was answered almost immediately. Bingo ! Very nice service Rapid. Thank you.”

“Excellent piece of kit and hopefully will be ordering more as a business. We will be trialling it over the next few weeks, but so far so good. I ordered the item at 16:50pm and it was with me 08:30am the next day - Awesome delivery time, couldn't ask for any better! Invoice followed in an email with all communication being very good. My rating would be excellent but "Very Good" is as high as it will let me select. This is the first time I have used this company.”

“Since the takeover by Conrad service prices have increased. There are also delays when the goods come from the European warehouse. Prices were much cheaper than RS a few years ago for semiconductors, but now they are comparable. Some of the own brands are very good value. Solder and wire prices were ratcheted up when commodity prices increased, but have not come down. This is typical European business practice and I now buy these items from Mouser in the US. I still recommend Rapid in my Audio Out column in EPE magazine and to my university students. As a component distributor Farnell is finished. Their website always returns "no results" even for items I know they stock.”
