“Delivery is always super fast. However it feels like prices are creeping up in comparison to what I can get on ebay, for example. For some things I always go to Rapid for fast delivery, good product description (a good technical spec for most things) and quality. For other things where its not easy to get bad parts, eg LED's, Rapid doesn't compete with ebay prices.”

“I ordered a small item, an extension cable, from Rapid on line and this arrived the very next morning by Carrier. Entirely due to my own stupidity I had made a mistake in my order and therefore the item delivered was not the exact spec which I needed. As Rapid's premises are within reasonable distance from home i took the item, (which had not been unraveled) back to them and they exchanged it for me without any quibble. This is an efficient and friendly dealer and I shall shop there again with confidence.”

“We needed these parts, but could only find them overseas. We are located in the US, so was a little concerned with the shipping cost and shipping time. Although I thought the shipping cost was a little high for a couple of $5 parts, the package did have to come across the ocean. I am very pleased with how fast we received them. I am also very pleased with how smooth the transaction went. Thanks!”

“Items received very quickly (though still waiting for an item to be sourced from somewhere in Europe. Packaging could have been optimised. Most component would have fitted into a large jiffy bag, but because I ordered a tube of IC sockets the tube was rather long and therefore all items put into a very large box. I wound't have minded if the tube had been halved or split into 3.”

“A member of staff rang me about a slight delivery malfunction to someone else which may have effected delivery of my order of artist materials. “Advertising was misleading - I only discovered too late that you were going to add VAT to the advertised price. If you insist on doing it this way, there needs to be a warning early on in the process. But thanks - the soldering iron came sooner than I expected & works OK!”
