“Rapid Electronics is there on my favourites list , waiting for all my companies requirements, from Stationery and Janitorial Supplies to Semi-conductors and tools. On the one occasion when there was a problem with my delivery I contacted them and it was sorted straight away, no fuss. My account manager Elise is always there for advise, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. All in all I would recommend any buyer to give a rapid a go and be pleasantly surprised.”

“Rapid Electronics has always given good service, they still do. I order and I get no problem there. Now for criticism pointing to their Enclosures, their metal enclosures seems lacking, very lacking. I was looking in a two part enclosure boxes, once upon a time they stocked these in plain and powdered paint, some had a lip/overhang of about 5mm on the top cover.... when I enquired I was pointed towards metal boxes with a screwed flat top lid - nothing like I described which I had bought over the years. Sadly I had to order from elsewhere whose stock appears far better than Rapid's in Metal Enclosures...... for any electronic supplier these metal enclosures 'are a must have', it's the same with metal chassis, plastic in many instances are utterly useless where screening is required as one example.. Rapid has lost my trust in this department.... and it is only this department I criticize them for.”

“I bought some lab glassware. Despite taking free postage option, the order arrived next day. It was very carefully packed. Each of the items was very good quality despite being very competitively priced. I will use this supplier for all my requirements from now on.”

“A good company with excellent products which are competitively priced. Unfortunately my particular order was let down by poor service from their designated courier, UK Mail who failed to deliver. 'Rapid' to their credit moved quickly to resolve the issue.”
