“Very prompt service and fast delivery, this includes response to email queries. Appreciate every item labelled with Rapid code number. When looking for electrical/electronic usually go to Rapidonline, as you can supply details of size and electrical characteristics.”

“I needed to install some speaker cable under the carpet which was being fitted in a few days. I found a reasonably priced cable that seems to be very good for the job (SLX ) and had it delivered next day so as to be sure it was available to install. Very pleased with the product and the delivery which arrived next morning.”

“The rotating punch I bought is absolutely useless. The speed of delivery was brilliant. I asked on line for a pre-paid label to return the punch but had nothing but an invoice! Disappointed”

“My only problem was as follows. I am a new first time customer and the on line ordering system failed to allow me to have goods delivered to my works address when my card was held under my own private address. The system picked up my works address but changed the postcode to my home address. This was soon sorted out very effectively with a follow up phone call. The goods arrived approximate 4 working days later.”

“Items were missing from my last order, I've detailed this in 3 emails and the response has been to ask me what items were missing. My last email was ignored. Hopeless. I'll be going elsewhere in future.”

“I discovered the product I bought last week and bought some from Rapid. Pens are good value but postage is horribly expensive for something that was so light and would have cost less than a pound to post. I did not require such a quick delivery but had no choice.”
