“I am new to Rapidonline and so far I have found its service excellent. The products are competitively priced and the delivery very quick. The postage rate is a little high, although even taking that into account, Rapid is cheaper overall than a well known high street electronics retailer. The online technical data is good for each product and the one time so far I have had a query I have received very good and quick responses from the Rapid team.”

“I have used rapid for years, In general their stock list is impressive, the information provided accurate and good and delivery next day. I must however express disappointment to see so many products stocked in their European warehouse and delivery on 5 to 7 days. Although my order was made by 4 pm on Thursday and Fully dispatched by Friday I didn't receive it until Monday - Disappointing. Not the cheapest supplier around but reliable and UK based.”
