“I placed a order small but important to me nearly one week later no delivery I found out yesterday that it was your fault not supplying the right address, after several phone call to UK mail and your company I decided to cancel my order, and found a supplier that is delivering my order. It's the small fish that could build your company. I am not a happy bunny and will never purchase from you again and I certainly would not recommend anyone. I'm really sorry you could not fulfill your obligations and I'm awaiting a refund from you. Susan Rose.”

“Goods were as described and well priced. The website was very slow and clunky. P&P quite expensive for a small packet, with no option to use The Post Office, so at the mercy of couriers - not ideal for a single person, as no local collection possible in my location for a missed delivery. Otherwise, reasonable service for a small order (under £20 value inc. VAT). I would use this retailer again, though probably not as first choice.”
