“Rapid's website is superb. It's logical to use and the search engine works well. What I like is the ability to look at a whole range of similar products to choose slightly different specifications and/or prices. I do this a lot with electronic components. As always the box arrived to my door very quickly and was securely packed. Rapid have very strong relationships with the suppliers so have very full data on everything and I have to admit to being picky but what I need is there. Keep it up. Always the best and my colleagues agree.”

“Normally a very quick and efficient service. Recently, I was sent the wrong items in error. In my opinion, the measure of a good company is how well they respond to problems. Rapid immediately sent out replacements.”

“Fast delivery and excellent customer service are the reasons we use Rapid. They do have a very wide range of products although many things we've needed have not been in stock and had 5-7 day delivery times. Prices are also good compared with RS and Farnell. However, for low value orders we now use RS since they reintroduced free delivery for account holders on orders under £20.”

“I use a lot of tracing paper in my work so was very pleased, after much shopping around, to find such good quality paper at a low price. It arrived the following day, well packaged. When I emailed to ask for an invoice I received one within minutes. Excellent service - will definitely use Rapid again.”
