“My last but one order was from your clearance line - I ordered some crystals. One value you only had 5 other than the 10 I ordered. This was not important to me. I was surprised and positively impressed to receive a phone call from your representative (Gareth???) apologising for the short order. This was on an order worth no more than £1.20. I feel you have lost any profit from my order in the phone call cost alone! But, you have impressed me with an exceptional level of customer service.... hence my recent order. Thank you.”

“I find the large choice of leaded and unleaded components very useful. The p&p is a little steep and I'd probably buy more if that were to be removed. As it is I maybe make an order every month instead of every week. But your quality is usually very good and if anything is wrong with an order it is corrected almost immediately.”

“Order was placed on line for collection. Was informed by email that it would be ready for collection in 1.5 hours. After a couple of hours I went to the Trade Counter but order had not been picked. Warehouse was phoned and told I was waiting. I still had to get the counter staff to chase again after about 15 minutes. Nobody seemed to be acting with any sense of urgency at all. I have never seen your staff move so slowly or with such little enthusiasm. Hardly "Rapid" Electronics.”
