“tried the online chat twice to get advise, couldn't get on it. Sent two emails, no reply, I resorted to phoning a few times, finally got to speak to someone in technical, he was fantastic, spent a while suggesting what I needed. Pity he seems to be the only one in that dept as he clearly needs help!”

“Pricing and delivery are usually very good. Unfortunately, I have found that some items I have needed are out of stock, usually the vital part, so I have to redesign or source the required part elsewhere, which is inconvenient. I would say that on almost every order there is at least one part that is unavailable, or on a long lead time or has to be shipped from a European warehouse. This causes a delay in our projects.”
