“Pros: makes a great cup of coffee, looks great, I enjoy the daily coffee process, customer service has been excellent Cons: lead time was absurd and way longer than expected, carafe lead time was even more absurd, annoying that all of it arrived in boxes from china, pouring out of the thermal lid is always a mess. Instead of being able to grab the pot and top off cups in the living room I have to gather cups and pour over the sink because it always makes a mess”

“Great coffee! Ratio Six feels like a great quality build and i love the bloom feature! Only thing i’d like to point out is the power cord connector that sticks into the machine itself comes loose alot. I tried reaching out, but still did not get a response for a replacement.”

“It's a good quality machine. The extraction isn't as good as a pourover with a gooseneck and a kalita. My guess is that it's because the water passes thru the grounds too fast for a good extraction. But, it does produce coffe in 5 minutes, so I will continue to use it on most days. Overall I'm very happy with it.”

“I like the opening of the carafe on the ratio 6 for easier cleaning. The carafe on the ratio 6 keeps coffee hotter much longer than the ratio 8.”

“I would rate it a 4.5. I love it and everything about is great, the look, the cup it produces, it's wonderful. The only thing I have against it is its a little messy to pour. Intuitively I want to push the lever down and then pour but when I do that it makes a mess. I know you guys say to pour then push the lever but it still makes a mess, other than that fantastic product!”

“Beautiful piece of equipment and works fast however coffee is often lukewarm and i have to microwave it after brewing. Delivery time was out of their control.”

“Pros: Very beautiful and sleek design, great brewing temperature and holding the temperature thought the brewing process. The coffee is excellent, and that is the most important thing. Cons: The h2o level markings on the water container are very inaccurate, and at the price of the Ratio, I expected that to be way better. The lid to the thermos looks nice but feels cheap and doesn’t pour very smoothly. Overall a solid coffee maker, but again at the price it is, would like to see those two things improved on.”

“I like the square filters better but there is apparently a shortage of chemex filters. I made a bulk order because I don't make coffee any other way. They had the best price and free shipping, bingo”
