“When my partner said he wanted to buy this coffee maker I was skeptical. But two years later we now use this just about every morning. With a toddler at home, this had made mornings so much easier than when we made pour overs. It’s paid for itself now because we stopped buying coffee on the way to work on weekdays and have great coffee at home.”

“I cannot review a product that was manufactured, then a defect found at the factory, so it was not shipped and I have received no word since 12/23/19.”

Hello Thomas, Very sorry to hear about your experience! Our factory here in Portland is more of a workshop, and we assemble and test each unit by hand. When anything is discovered that isn't up to our high standards, we do everything we can to make it right. I've sent you a note directly. Thanks for letting us know!

“I have greatly enjoyed my Ratio 8 for the last couple of years despite some setbacks. But even with the issues I had Ratio has been great to take care of the problems and stand behind their product. I highly recommend this coffee maker. It makes a delicious cup of coffee every single brew.”
