“This is my 4th day of the 5-day skinny cleanse and apart from juice I have just been having Raw salad and a Boiled egg in the evening but I don't seem to have lost any significant weight. To be exact its just a pound. Please suggest a solution to this. I am sticking by the instructions but I am a little disappointed.”

Hi there, so sorry to hear about your results. Maybe try cutting out the egg at night, or if you put avocado in your salad, those tend to be not the best raw veggies to eat because they are high in healthy fats, but fats none the less! Also, make sure you are getting down as many bottles of juice a day as possible, and if you are a regular coffee or tea drinking you should not cut out the caffeine. Hope this helps!

“Customer service was AWESOME! Only issue for me was the flavors of the juices themselves, only about half of them could I stomach, so I feel there is a lot of wasted money as I will be dumping quite a few bottles.”

“The process to order was easy and fast. My items were delivered on time and well packaged! Customer service seems to be a big deal for them, I’ve received emails and a letter in package stating that if anything is wrong they would fix it immediately! That was so reassuring and very much appreciated!”

“I tried Jus by Julie before and had some decent results, but saw this Raw juice and wanted to try it. day 5 just finished and drank six juices a day only no other food or drink and in 5 days lost close to 9 lbs or more, these juices were much much easier to drink, not as chunky as the Jus by Julie and much better ingredients, will do it again!!”

“Raw Generation offers a wonderful delivery service of juice cleanses. I love the option of having juices delivered directly to my home. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The only downside, is the misleading advertisements for the size of the juices. Nowhere in the Skinny Cleasne, is it listed that the bottles at 12 ounces each, not 16 ounces.”

Hi there, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We made this change over a year ago, and it was up on the website for quite some time about the new change. The change was made for a number of reasons in order to keep our customers happy. We were receiving complains of the sugar and calorie intake with the 16oz bottles, so in order to revamp the recipe and have it have less sugar and calories, yet still keep the same great taste, we did have to reduce the size. As I had noted before, the change was notated on the website for a while when we first did the change over a year ago and is still on the pictures of the bottles with the labels reading 12 fl oz. You said we had offered you a complimentary 6 pack, which we had sent out to you as quickly as we could have, I apologize for the delay in receiving it. “Today is my last day on the 5 day skinny cleanse! This juice cleanse was absolutely amazing. I feel amazing, I lost weight and The juices tasted great so that made it much easier. I have recommended this to so many people and I will definitely be partaking in this cleanse again!”

“They came as soon as it said it would be delivered ! As well the juices so far tast really amazing and fresh though the amount of sugar in them freaked me out but hey its better then what I usually consume. Overall packaging and delivery were fine my juices were all still frozen when it got delivered to my door. Results arent in yet because I just started my cleanse ! DAY 2”
