“I had done the skinny cleanse in the past and had a great experience and was excited to do it again. However I was very disappointed. I was made physically sick from doing this cleanse, I would wake up with headaches that would make it almost impossible to get out of bed and it seriously messed with my stomach both during and after the cleanse. I followed the guide for the cleanse both times and had radically different experiences, so I'm not sure what they changed, but I am sure I will not be using Raw Generations products again. And I tried contacting customer service to see if they could provide an explanation as to why this cleanse made me physically sick and all they had to say was that they're sorry I wasn't happy. They offered no explanation or way of rectifying the situation. And with plenty of other options out there for cleanses, you would think they'd value customer loyalty and satisfaction, but clearly they do not.”

“Great customer service! My initial order was missing a few bottles and they immediately shipped replacement bottles. I placed a subsequent order for my mom and husband. I really appreciate great customer service.”

“Allow for customization of you cleanses on the site. I called to request a permanent change to an order I set up to receive every other month. I was told to contact your company again when I got the ema in it was going to be shipped. I was told there was no way to make a note on my order on your end.”

“User friendly website and good presentation, however, my juices took several extra days to arrive. I was pleased with the presentation and assortment once they did, but after juicing for three days, with no cheats, I didn't see any results at all. It was a disappointment for me, especially after making such a commitment to strictly juice (with the exception of the protein bars provided).”

“Amanda is a true gem. Very accommodating and nice customer service. Love love RAW. Tried many other juice places. RAW is by far the best and great deals. Wholesome....no tricks...real ingredients that you can taste. ..not watered down. I have done juicing my entire life and I know if it was not the real deal.”
